Before you accept a quote
You can withdraw from a quote at any time before you accept it, at no cost.
After you accept
Tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel a job. Any charge for a change or cancellation is stated in your quote and is limited to reasonable, evidenced costs and unavoidable losses, taking account of work done and costs avoided. We do not keep the full price automatically.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel because a driver or van is unavailable or for another reason outside our control, we tell you as soon as we can, refund anything you have paid for the job and, where we can, offer an alternative.
Consumers
If you are a consumer, nothing here affects any cancellation rights you have by law.

Email info@voltfleet.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp. Your cancellation counts from the time we receive it, and we confirm it to you in writing.
