What you remain responsible for

You remain responsible for confirming that your goods are allowed into the destination country and that declarations are accurate. We help you understand what is needed; we cannot take on that responsibility for you.

Information that helps

A description of the goods, country of origin, destination, value, quantity and the HS code. An HS code decides which duties and taxes may apply, so knowing it early lets you estimate the landed cost. An EORI number, and a VAT number where applicable, are usually needed. Some goods need licences or other supporting documents.

How we deliver this

Some jobs, including larger vehicles and international freight, are carried out with carefully selected partner carriers. VoltFleet stays your single point of contact and remains responsible to you for the job.

• The date and time you need, and how flexible you are
• What is moving: item count, rough sizes and weight, or the number of pallets
