Once you accept, we confirm the driver and time. On the day we collect, drive and deliver, and keep you updated.
What to expect
- Nothing is booked automatically. We never take a booking until you accept a written quote.
- Your quote states the price, what it includes and any minimum or waiting charge.
- If the job turns out different from what you told us, we tell you before we charge more.
- We confirm each step by email or WhatsApp, and our support line is open 24/7.
- We never ask for passports, licences or bank details by email or WhatsApp.
On the day
We aim to arrive at the agreed time. Traffic, weather and road closures can affect timings, and we keep you informed if we are delayed. Where your quote says so, we send delivery updates, tracking and photo confirmation. Please check your goods on delivery and tell us about any damage as soon as possible. See damage and claims.
