Describe the pallets
Number of pallets, dimensions, weight and whether they can be stacked. This lets us choose between a van, a tail-lift van or a truck.
Think about unloading
Does the delivery site have a forklift or a loading dock? If not, a tail-lift vehicle may be needed. Tell us before the day.
Prepare the load
Wrap and label every pallet. See our guide to pallet wrapping and labelling.
